Overview

This product series has an improved lineup of low-voltage/high-speed operation (25 - 33 MHz@3.3V) and abundant memory variations from internal ROM-less memory to flash memory (128 kB - 512 kB) equipped versions.
Because it is a general-purpose product in the H8S family, it is well-suited for a large variety of system control applications.
