Overview

This series features a wide package lineup of 20 to 80 pins, a maximum operating frequency of 20 MHz, and supports operating voltages from 2.2 to 5.5 V. It supports a wide range of system scales from small to medium, and includes models with built-in motor control timers for supporting advanced "system control + motor control" systems. Standard on-chip peripherals include 8-bit Multifunction Timers, 16-bit Timers, UART/Clock Synchronous Serial Interface, Voltage Detection Circuit, Power-On Reset Circuit, High/Low-speed On-chip Oscillator, Watchdog Timer, etc.
