SH7231 Series
Overview
The SH7231 Series is a high-end single chip microcontroller incorporating the SH-2A core and FPU. The SH7231 incorporates various internal memory such as 1 MB flash memory, 32 KB RAM (for High speed access), 12 KB RAM (for data retention) and 32 KB data flash. SH7231 operates at max. 100 MHz. The SH7231 also incorporates various peripheral functions such as a SCI/SCIF, I2C, 10bit-A/D, PWM-timer, CAN, RSPI, LVDS reciever I/F and Key scan controller. The SH7231 supports the deep-software-standby-mode suitable for machinery to drive with battery.
